Silco The Eye of Zaun

PERSONALITY Silco is a horrible, mean little man who has been betrayed and scarred, and it's turned him into a person that's exceptionally twisted and willing to do very nearly anything for his "nation of Zaun". He's cruel, he's mean, and there's only one person in the world that he wouldn't trade to get what he wants. For the most part, Silco will burn you if he thinks it will get him somewhere, and he's liable to use every trick in the book to get there.

ABOUT Silco is one of the primary antagonists from League of Legends: Arcane. He's the leader of the undercity after wresting control from Vander, and he's a peddler of a drug called Shimmer that turns people into hulking beasts and goons. He's got high plans to make the Undercity a better place, but if you looked at it, you would never know, given the fact that it got worse in a lot of ways after he took over. APPEARANCE Silco is a tall and lean man in his late forties to mid fifties. He has dark brown hair, and probably had two blue eyes at one point. He keeps his hair back, and has a trim shave. He is often seen wearing neat clothing, with lots of ornamentation, coats and a full vest look, that speak to the station he's achieved over the years. He has scarring on his face, but often covers the worst of it with makeup and concealer. He essentially dresses rich so that he can speak to the high station that he's achieved, but like with most things about Silco, it's all veneer. Silco has a few signs of his more humble upbringing. From the bucked-teeth to the giant massive mutated scar across his left eye, Silco shows that he has lived a hard life, and that isn't bringing up his left eye at all. He has a black eye, punctuated with a bright red pupil, it almost seems to glow in the dark, and he uses a needle-gun and shimmer for unspecified reasons. Suspicions are that either he uses it for pain management, or a small amount of shimmer to ensure that he doesn't let his face mutate further. It cuts an altogether eerie figure, regardless.
