Occasionally. Sometimes it is that, sometimes it is a struggling company that needs a hand up, in the hands of those who are so very desperate for a little cash, and every now and again it is elsewhere, not to be seen from until we have need of it.

[ Investing, scrapping bankrupt companies for parts, bribery, and then just plain "overpaying" to hide funds. :) ]
