Is it mostly rubble in the way? Like, the tunnel collapsed in? Or stuff like dirt? Both?

From what I understand about underground works projects, and digging underground, they always end up... taking far, far longer than one anticipates.
More mishaps, more problems, and nothing ever goes quite as planned.
